Main Areas of Responsibility: 

RRFB has an immediate opening for a PM to join our team. The PM will work closely with members of the Community Initiatives Team implementing innovative programming addressing food insecurity throughout NM. This position is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing, detail-oriented individual with outstanding PM skills and a strong sense of initiative to play a critical role in the advancement of Roadrunner’s work.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Lead recruitment/selection efforts for host site and member positions. Maintain member files, manage staff. Develop/implement member and host site orientation and provide ongoing support. Ensure program compliance with AmeriCorps regulations. Assist in mgmt of program budget.

Other Information/Requirements: 

1-2 yrs exp in program mgmt including supervising staff & leading volunteers. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and organizations. Strong organizational skills/attn to detail. High integrity, sound judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong computer skills, incl. Microsoft Suite (incl Teams).
Prev AmeriCorp exp preferred. Travel req.
