Main Areas of Responsibility:
1.) Recruitment, stewarding and oversight of over 100 volunteers
2.) Day-to-day assistance to the Chief Executive Officer in duties mentioned above
3.) Participation in special projects with the advancement team staff
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The successful candidate will work well with minimal supervision, be proactive in identifying and executing duties as needed, have very strong attention to detail, bring a positive attitude to the office, work well with people and be comfortable with a high level of multi-tasking. The Program Manager must be able to plan and execute strategies to nurture volunteer engagement.
