Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Program Director is responsible for coordinating Family Services and supporting the Program Coordinator and skilled volunteers to provide effective bereavement support for children, teens and adults in peer support groups, camps and workshops. Recruit, manage, lead, support, and appreciate team members.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Coordinating CEU-accredited Bereavement Facilitator trainings (2x/year), coordinating and leading Camp Corazon (1x/year), coordinating grief-themed educational and interactive workshops (4-6/x per year) as well as leading the team that implements support groups (approximately 12 group nights per month from September through May).
