Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Under the supervision of the Director of Therapeutic Services, the Program Director is responsible for the coordination, facilitation of services, and overall effectiveness of The Pavilions therapeutic community program. The Program Director works closely with the Director of Therapeutic Services, Director of Clinical Services, Executive Director, and program staff to ensure that program development and administration of programs and services are meeting the needs of the program participants.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Full-time exempt position located in Los Lunas. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field OR a combination of relevant education, training, and experience totaling 4 years. Pay Range: $41,000 -$47,000 (dependent on experience), plus employer paid benefits.
