Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Under the supervision of the Director of Therapeutic Communities, the Program Director is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of services at The Pavilions. The Program Director works closely with the Director of Therapeutic Communities, Executive Director, program staff and Clinician to ensure that program development and administration of programs and services are meeting the needs of the program participants.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field OR a combination of relevant education, training, and experience totaling 4 years or more. Knowledge and belief in trauma-informed, gender specific, and culturally competent service delivery. Pay Range: $38,000-$44,000 (dependent on experience), plus employer paid benefits.
