Oversee daily site operations to ensure quality and consistency. Implement curriculum aligned with program goals and standards. Maintain compliance with licensing, safety, and organizational policies. Monitor enrollment, attendance, and staffing to uphold required ratios and high-quality service delivery.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Build positive relationships with families, schools, and community partners. Communicate program updates and student progress. Support leadership with data, reporting, and goal tracking. Help identify growth opportunities and assist in planning trainings, staff meetings, and special projects. Represent the organization in community and collaborative initiatives.
