Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the overall effectiveness of the residential program. The Program Coordinator works closely with the Clinical Director, Executive Director and program staff and Clinician to ensure that program development and administration of programs and services are meeting the needs of the program participants.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of services. Leads and trains program staff, students, and/or interns engaged in non-therapeutic client care activities, as appropriate. Ensures that staff and students adhere to agency Policies and Procedures.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Willing to work to support the overall mission of Crossroads for Women.
Bachelor’s Degree in social work or a combination of relevant education, training, and experience totaling 4 years. Crisis management experiences a plus.
