Location: 735 Don Pasqual Los Lunas, NM 87123
Pay Range: $41,000 - $47,000 (dependent on experience), plus employer-paid benefits
FTE Status: Full-Time Exempt (40 hours per week)

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Program Director is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of services at The Pavilions. The Program Director is responsible for ensuring the overall effectiveness of The Pavilions residential program. The Program Director works closely with the Director of Therapeutic Services, Executive Director, program staff and Clinician to ensure that program development and administration of programs and services are meeting the needs of the program participants.

Other Information/Requirements: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Must possess a valid New Mexico driver’s license, a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 5 years) and proof of insurance; able and willing to travel locally as needed
- Ability to follow through with guidelines set forth by the New Mexico Corrections Department, including the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA)
- This position is subject to a criminal background check
