Production & Companies Coordinator

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Production & Companies Coordinator works directly with the Chief Education & Programs Officer, Directors of the National Institute of Flamenco, Yjastros Artistic Director, and Youth Company Directors to fulfill a broad range of live performance activities under the Production, Education, and Programming platforms in alignment with the mission and vision of the National Institute of Flamenco, while maintaining key synergies with educational and production partners.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Coordinating the production logistics for all NIF performances; Coordinating crews for shows; Serving as the lead NIF technical liaison; Assembling company information and serving as main point of contact for company communications; Executing all Festival Flamenco production tech riders and management of Festival Artists in coordination with NIF Directors and will serve in a supporting role as a NIF technical liaison for each Festival production.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Successful completion of Bachelors Degree in an area of technical theater or equivalent professional experience. Stage Management experience for performing arts. Administrative capacity. Ability to work with both children and professional performers. Strong time management skills. Detailed oriented. Ability to manage multiple projects with immediate and long-term deadlines. Ability to work in a team and across multiple departments. Spanish language a plus.
