Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Department: Peer on Peer Support Services Program (P.O.P.S.S. Program)
Supervisor: Program Coordinator – The Crossroads
Pay Range: $32,000-$38,000 (dependent on experience), plus employer-paid benefits
FTE Status: Full-Time Exempt (40 hours per week)

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Peer Case Manager is responsible for providing intensive case management services and developing treatment/service plans in conjunction with client and other appropriate staff members to Crossroads for Women alumni who have been previously incarcerated and have co-occurring mental health diagnoses with drug/alcohol dependency.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Associate degree in social work or related field and at least two years of related experience
• Have obtained Peer Support Certification and/or ability to obtain certification within six months of offer of employment.
• Must possess ability to follow through with guidelines set forth in the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA).
• This position is subject to a criminal background check.
