Main Areas of Responsibility:
Under indirect supervision, the Pathways Navigator is responsible for carrying a caseload of clients, who are homeless, previously incarcerated, history of prostitution or human trafficking, and have a co-occurring mental health diagnosis.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
This Pathways Navigator recognizes that the interest of clients is their primary responsibility. They are to foster maximum self-determination on the part of the client, to provide crisis intervention, personal and legal advocacy, and individual life skills training for clients and their children.
