Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Main Responsibility is to support outreach, engagement, technical assistance and training and support for the development of revised Pacific Northwest Trail (PNT) trail markers. To be successful in this role, you will bring excellent communication, administrative, and technical skills as well as the ability to interface professionally with partners.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Must be knowledgeable in Windows 365, Constant Contact, Wild Apricot (or similar membership software), virtual platforms (like Zoom) and presentation software (such as PowerPoint).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent technology skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Knowledge of American Indian Alaska Native Tourism Association’s mission and goals.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Maturity and professional judgment.
• Resourceful and flexible, with the ability to anticipate challenges and act on opportunities.
