Part-time Organizational Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Organizational Manager is responsible for the daily activities of the NMDAC as well as sustaining, supporting, and building partnerships with key constituents across the state. The Organizational Manager, along with the board of directors, also coordinates and implements trainings and continuing educations sessions for diabetes healthcare workers and professionals.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Strategic planning, event planning and management, fundraising, fiscal management, government relations, contract reporting, communications, and Web site management. This is a part-time, independent contractor position.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree and minimum of seven (7) years managing non-profit programs; graduate degree in one of the following fields preferred: business administration, public health, marketing, or public relations. Demonstrated success in program development and management, fundraising, and written and oral communications.
