Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Operations Director will coordinate daily communication and information flow among and between the Cancer Foundation’s key stakeholders: board members, committee members, staff, volunteers, patients and support group clients.
The Operations Director will lead the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
5-7 years of directly-related work experience. Experience in leading corporate or nonprofit operations efforts.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Evidence of a collegial and collaborative work style and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team. Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
