Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Office Manager is responsible for overall organizational operations including: reconciling expenses, tracking expenditures, updating organizational budget, preparing financial documents, answering phones, taking messages, sorting mail, ensuring office space, equipment, and materials are in good working order, building interoffice systems to make operations more efficient, provide logistical and material support for board meetings, organizational meetings, events.

● Participate in planning processes (weekly staff meetings, three month planning, etc.)
● Engage in regular self-evaluation and reflection, and assist with staff evaluations
● Be accountable to YWU’s mission, transparent in work, and open with information
● Assist with carrying out a diverse fundraising plan
● Step in to Forward Stance, a mind/body transformative practice that is part of YWU’s organizational culture and movement building
