Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Office management (phone, data entry, email, correspondence, archives & records, office supplies and related general office duties); program management (coordinate school and summer camp registration, scheduling, student paperwork, processing payments and maintaining rosters); development assistance (coordinate operations calendars; provide support to Volunteer Coordinator; provide program information to prospective clients, participants, and the public.)

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assistance Dogs of the West is a 23-year old Santa Fe nonprofit organization that builds successful working partnerships between clients and dogs that empower people and open doors to new opportunities. The Office Manager supports ADW operations, programs and development activities. This role requires a love of dogs and a commitment to helping people of all abilities. It is a 30-hour-a-week, hourly post.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Candidate must possess strong computer skills, strong organizational skills, detail orientation, self-motivation, and self-reliance; excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; proficiency in Client Relations and Service, and flexibility and adaptability.
