Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Experience working with teens/families/adults; interviewing and assessing; and relationship building experience required.
Classroom experience (especially with high school-aged students) and the understanding of adolescent development and family dynamics is preferred

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Breakdown of position: approx 30% curriculum-based classroom instruction; 10% administrative/event planning; and 60% monitoring and relationship development between the teen and adult mentors

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA required; Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred for 1 of the 2 openings
ADA/EOE
