Mentor 2.0 Support Specialist

Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Primary function to provide match support to ensure child safety, positive impact for youth, constructive and satisfying relationships between children and volunteers.
Provide direct delivery of the Mentor 2.0 program leveraging technology-based approaches to youth mentoring and eductions.
Performance Measures: Produce postive outcomes in the following areas; match closure rate, match retention rate, average match length, volunteer match rate and customer satisfaction.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Enroll youth; oversight of application, screening and match process
Facilitate hi-impact relationships b/w Mentor 2.0 pairs. Monitor participation
Lead weekly class for mentees at participating schools including curriculum.
Lead orientations and training for teachers and mentees.
Organize & Staff mentor-mentee events
Track program participation
Conduct pre, mid, and post-program evals
Attend and participate in all team, staff and program mtgs
Work with Mentor 2.0 coordinator

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelors Degree is required.
Years of relatable experience is preferred; experience in social services field and teaching. Assessment and relationship development with child and adult populations; understanding of child development and family dynamics.
