Manager, Membership Services

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversees the planning, development and production of all membership campaigns for KNME New Mexico PBS. Works closely with the Manager, Membership Services and Development Director to create and execute individual direct mail plans and participates in the analysis of fund raising efforts for the station.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Makes recommendations and implements procedural changes based on analysis and observation. Supervises lower level staff and provides technical guidance, training and support, in the daily and monthly operations of the department.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree.
•At least 3 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Preferred Qualifications-Experience in/with:
•Donor software systems
•Public Media (on and off air programming)
•Analyzing individual fundraising effort and overall donor giving trends
•Managing member-based fundraising campaigns
•Supervisory experience
•Ability to work as a team member
