Main Areas of Responsibility:
The MGO works closely with the CEO and the Chief Marketing/Outreach Officer (CMO) to develop and implement strategies for meeting short and long-term goals of the major gifts program. The primary objectives of the MGO: first, to manage the Agency’s giving program including major gifts from all types of individuals, foundations and corporations; and second, to develop long-term relationships built on understanding of donors’ interests, passions and values.
