Main Areas of Responsibility:
Hiring a full-time (40 hours per week) and a part-time II (25 hours per week) Maintenance Technicians to support daily operations across our facilities. These positions are responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, grounds work, vehicle inspections, and safety checks. The technician will also respond to work order requests, assist with preventative maintenance schedules, and ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Required: High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years of experience in general maintenance, facilities, or building repairs. Minimum of two years of experience in customer service; ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs across a variety of maintenance areas.
