Maintenance Technicians

Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Hiring a full-time (40 hours per week) and a part-time II (25 hours per week) Maintenance Technicians to support daily operations across our facilities. These positions are responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, grounds work, vehicle inspections, and safety checks. The technician will also respond to work order requests, assist with preventative maintenance schedules, and ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Required: High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years of experience in general maintenance, facilities, or building repairs. Minimum of two years of experience in customer service; ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs across a variety of maintenance areas.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have a valid NM driver’s license and clean driving record. Comfortable working independently or with limited supervision; basic computer skills and the ability to maintain maintenance logs. Strong communication and time management skills. Must be able to establish and maintain positive relationships with individuals and groups; relate to the public.

Salary Range: 
$17.65 - $19.06 per hour
