Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for maintaining the buildings and grounds, overseeing the upkeep of equipment and supplies, daily and weekly cleaning schedules as well as determining and scheduling repairs, renovation projects, waste reduction improvements and safety inspections. Schedule maintenance and repairs on fleet of vehicles. The ability to learn and be trained to cover front reception desk duties for reception back up.

H.S. Diploma or equivalent, 3 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance with an emphasis on plumbing and electrical. Experience working with hand and electrical tools. Ability to read and utilize technical manuals. A valid NM driver’s license with clean record and a satisfactory criminal background check. Proficient in MS Office and Windows and bilingual in English/Spanish. Physical stamina and dexterity, incredible time management skills, and a commitment to Catholic Charites’ mission and values.
