Interfaith Liaison

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This role helps build partnerships to support donation drives, volunteer efforts, and outreach, while also representing us with the Archdiocese and local interfaith groups. If you’re passionate about bringing people of faith together to serve others, we’d love to hear from you. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, and will be supervised by the Community Engagement Manager. 

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field OR equivalent experience OR a satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of two years’ experience in community/programmatic advocacy, program analysis or organizing.  Minimum of two years of experience in providing outreach services in a Catholic faith-based environment (parish, diocese ministry, etc.…).  Knowledge of Catholic organizational structures, Catholic community contacts, and Catholic Social Teachings.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people from different religious backgrounds.  Knowledge of different religious traditions and practices.  Cultural sensitivity and awareness.  Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills. Proficient computer competency in MS office and windows and must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to relate to the public.  Valid NM issued driver’s license.

Salary Range: 
$20.49 - $22.13 per hour
