Hybrid Event Producer

Job Description
Type of Job: 
Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• Coordinate and run live Zoom session w/remote speakers, integrate it into an in-person event
• Operate audio/video equipment on-site (venue & mics provided)
• Oversee transitions between in-person speakers and virtual presenters
• Conduct tech checks w/all speakers ahead of the event
• Collaborate w/our team on run-of-show, speaker cues, and timing
• Troubleshoot live issues and ensure smooth audience experience
• Manage or assist with any recordings or live streams, if required

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requirements:
• Proven experience producing hybrid or virtual events
• Proficient in Zoom (webinars and meetings), screen sharing, spotlighting, and breakout room functions
• Familiarity with live A/V setups (mics, speakers, projectors)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage high-pressure, live environments with professionalism
• Bonus: experience working with nonprofits, educational or cultural organizations

Salary Range:
