Main Areas of Responsibility:
Oversees hiring and benefits, ongoing employee relationships, terminations, policies and employment law compliance. This position coordinates and maintains all benefits packages, assists in the hiring and on-boarding process, enforces company grievance policies and procedures and oversees all organizational policy management.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Maintain personnel files, implements and instructs other staff on use of Predictive Index, promotes Heading Home's Core Values. Has excellent verbal and written skills, can work independently and has a positive personal interactive style.
