Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Human Resource Director is responsible for supporting staff through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, human resources and resource development.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Ensure that personnel files are maintained and contain all necessary and applicable paperwork (e.g. letter of hire, raises, insurance, auto registration etc.) Ensure that background checks are completed for all staff.
Conduct all Prison Rape Elimination Act certifications for all new employees. Submit certifications to NMCD for review.
