Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Human Resources Technician is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, human resources and resource development.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Prepares job descriptions for posting, coordinates applicant interviews, prepares all new hire paperwork, and coordinates new hire orientation. Ensures that personnel files are maintained and contain all necessary and applicable paperwork.
