Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for direct housing services. Oversight of housing vouchers and relationships between landlords and tenants/clients. Housing Intake and follow-up; Evaluate for appropriateness and prioritize per availability; Monitor compliance with renewals; Conduct Intake meeting send monthly late notices; Conduct initial & annual HQS inspections; Provide housing information to referral sources throughout Albuquerque; Review applications for program eligibility; Assist with housing search.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Maintain records of client portions of rent collected; act as liaison to landlords and clients; Maintain client files in a manner matching or exceeding HUD expectations; Enter data in HMIS and into agency housing database; Maintain record of HUD re-inspections.
