Housing Coordinator

Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversee day-to-day operations of housing programs with case load of 100 households. Duties include: Client intake, file management, housing inspections, data entry, customer relations.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Undergraduate degree in related field or related experience (3+years)
Proficient use of MSOffice
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience working with persons experiencing homelessness and SDMI population
Familiar with HUD housing programs and HMIS database
Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
