Main Areas of Responsibility:
Supervise HopeWorks staff at Hope Village, manage referral process, collaborate with the Property Manager; manage program data collection & reporting; promote the program to referral partners; Conduct outreach to community partners; coordinate application cycles and referrals collaboratively with BERNCO and property manager; Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff; Develop Policies & Procedures.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Collaborate with HopeWorks Behavioral Health Department to ensure tenants complete a psychosocial assessment & are placed in the appropriate level of care; Track revenue earned for tenants; Collaborate with HopeWorks' teams; Promote program in collaboration with the Development office; Track client data and submit monthly reports to BERNCO; Meet regularly with independent evaluator to provide a comprehensive evaluation report to BERNCO.
Salary Range:
$70,000 DOE + Signing Bonus
