Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Administrative support for Board of Trustees , NMC Trust Board, and Future Fund Board
• Database maintenance for Board and Committee Members
• Assist with Board and Committee meetings
• Schedule Board of Trustee training, etc
• Assisting with administration of all Committees
• Create agenda/calendar for weekly Staff Meeting
• Virtual and in-person meeting logistics
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Ensure the highest level of customer service that maximizes Board and Committee member experience with the Foundation
• Maintain all Board and Committee matrices, tracking current member information
• Working with each liaison, assisting with administration of all ACF Committees, including scheduling, agenda, meeting material, minutes preparation, committee charter updates, and membership requirements
