GJ Program Admin Assistant

Type of Job: 
Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist GJ Executive Director in administration, clerical, and scheduling tasks.
Perform all in-person administrative duties, such as answering phones, maintaining program and birthday calendars, managing supply inventory, organizing the office, overseeing the GJ P.O. Box, among other responsibilities.
Maintain and update youth demographics, contact information, and membership documents.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist with review of work plans and End of Days.
Assist with all filing, both physical documents and digital.
Additional tasks as necessary to ensure the smooth functioning of GJ Administration.
Other duties as assigned.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Experience Requirements: 1 year non-profit experience, 1 year admin experience, proficiency in Google Workspace.
This is a part-time, contract position. The position will be mainly in the office with some remote flexibility.
