General Manager

Job Description
Type of Job: 
Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversee daily cash handling & deposits
Keep financial records in QuickBooks & EPOS
Manage payroll & vendor payments
Order supplies & manage inventory (coffee, snack shop, bookstore)
Prepare monthly reports for the Board
Help keep our community space welcoming & well-stocked

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Organized & detail-oriented
Comfortable with computers & QuickBooks
Trustworthy and able to work independently
Previous management or bookkeeping experience a plus

Other Information/Requirements: 

Schedule: 35 hours per week, flexible but with consistent coverage for daily operations
Compensation: $18/hour
Reports to: Board of Directors
