Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Gender and Generation Healing Justice (GGHJ) Program Manager oversees programming and is responsible for the supervision of 2-4 GGHJ staff, including project coordinators and potential interns to create and maintain a positive team culture. Program Managers are responsible for managing and maintaining budgets, expenditures and grants; developing and implementing community outreach strategy; and maintaining community and contractor relationships.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Full Time/Exempt
40 hours per week
Hybrid work schedule with a required 24 hours in office / onsite
