Fundraising Specialist

Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Fundraising Specialist is responsible for creating and executing comprehensive strategies for donor development, fundraising and ensuring that these activities support the mission of Crossroads for Women. The successful candidate will collaborate with staff and volunteers of CRFW to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of all CRFW initiatives, expand and diversify the CRFW donor base, increase Crossroads’ name recognition in the community and ensure achievement of the CRFW Revenue Goal.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Collaborate with the Executive Director to cultivate unrestricted support through individual giving.
• Create and enhance a positive donor experience
• Assist with writing and editing fundraising letters.
• Create and execute donor appreciation events.
• Be an active member of the Fundraising Committee.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Participate in regular agency and departmental meetings and other relevant community meetings as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned and relevant to the success of the mission of Crossroads for Women.
