B. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing South Valley Commons Fund Development Strategy
Driving Fund Development and managing Capital Campaigns or other defined fundraising projects
Developing covenants, partnership agreements and eventually legal structure for South Valley Commons Ecosystem
Identifying funding opportunities including grant research and writing, maintaining a grants calendar, compiling reports, and preparing organizational documents for foundation submission.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
Strong writing skills
Covid Vaccine Required
NM Driver's License
