Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Help Change Lives For Children in Our Community. Big Brothers Big Sisters of CNM is looking for a Full-time Enrollment Specialist to assist our growing Enrollment Department. This individual will interview/assess adults who would like to become volunteer mentors to youth in our programs.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Interview/assess children (parent/guardian) who would like to become a part of the 1:1 Mentorship Program
• Background check/references on adult volunteer
• Assess eligibility for the program
• Match youth with adult mentor
• Re-assessments; child safety education
• Work with Enrollment team to form partnerships with schools and community organizations.

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA required (unofficial transcripts will be req'd); must pass a federal background check; Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. $30,000 + $1k if bilingual (Spanish/English), +Retention Bonus + Benefits Package. ADA/EOE.
