Main Areas of Responsibility:
75% of time will be spent out in the community cultivating prospective new individual, corporate and community partnerships to generate volunteers for BBBS programs. This position manages existing partner relationships and develops/implements short- and long-term marketing/recruitment strategies to ensure geographic balance between youth in process and prospective volunteers.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Child recruitment, with priority toward girl recruitment
• Volunteer inquiries, with priority toward adult males
• Volunteer recruitment
• Outreach planning, including grass roots, corporate, collegiate and community sales, recruitment and outreach activities
