Community-Based Match Support Specialist

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Help Change Lives For Children in Our Community. Big Brothers Big Sisters of CNM is looking for a full-time community-based match support specialist to start January 6th, 2020.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The primary function of this position is to ensure child safety, help build constructive and engaging relationships between children and adult volunteer mentors, help plan dynamic activities for the matches during the year, and foster partnerships within the surrounding communities.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in social services, sociology, psychology or related field is preferred.
• Transcripts will be required.
• Must pass a federal background check.
• Experience with child development, family dynamics, and case management-relationship development/building with child and adult populations is preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
• $14.42/hr or $14.90/hr if Bilingual (Spanish/English).
