Main Areas of Responsibility:
Oversee contracted accounting staff to establish/maintain contractual financial records; ensure federal/state/local compliance; review correct billing codes; reconcile fund balances and quarterly financial closeouts; and prepare all documentation in support of invoices and billing.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Monitor financial condition through ongoing internal audits and work with outside auditors on annual audits; lead departmental directors to prepare annual budgets and ensure timely pay down of contracts.
