Main Areas of Responsibility:
The organization seeks a Finance/Business Administrator (FA) with experience organizing a growing organization to meet future expansion goals. The FA is responsible for aligning finances with the mission and vision of the organization and for identifying methods to increase financial reserves and cost-saving measures, such that NIF develops into a stable, sustainable organization with longevity.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Consult on financial matters; provide and manage budgets, forecasts, financial plans. Provide accounting, general ledger and operations functions; drive best financial practices; create budgets/forecasts; generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to evaluate/optimize cash-flow and liquidity; utilize technology; ensure that NIF meets critical regulatory and legal compliance benchmarks.
