Main Areas of Responsibility:
Manage and direct the financial activities within the organization including payroll, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and grant accounting.
• Manage the monthly financial close and produce management reports
• Produce monthly a management financial reporting package covering all entities
• Ensure timely (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) reporting
• Oversee audit and tax functions
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Work closely with CEO and CFO of the organization
• Assist CFO as needed
• May be required to perform duties outside of normal job description where in the Company’s judgment it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved customer service.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• This position has supervisory responsibilities and oversees the daily operations and performance for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
