Main Areas of Responsibility:
Ensure federal, state and local compliance.
Review correct billing codes.
Reconcile fund balances and quarterly financial closeouts.
Prepare all documentation in support of invoices and billing.
Oversee accounting staff for A/R, A/P and payroll.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Monitors ongoing financial condition through internal audits.
Work with outside auditors on annual audits.
Lead departmental directors to prepare annual budgets.
Ensure timely pay down of contracts.
