Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director is responsible for all day-to-day operations, and maintaining and developing the long-term viability of EC. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong advocacy skills, and the ability to effectively convey genuine self-belief and passion for the mission of the organization. EC requires visionary, entrepreneurial leadership, and the ability to inspire and motivate key constituents to elevate their performance for the good of the organization’s beneficiaries.

Additional Areas of Responsibility:

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree; 7 years of executive level experience; Experience in strategic planning and strategic leadership; Demonstrated relationship-building and collaboration skills; Effective public speaking and community engagement skills; Experience with staff and volunteer management; Proven successful fundraising/grant writing track record; Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for immigrant rights and domestic violence issues; Bilingual Spanish-English
