Main Areas of Responsibility:
Young Women United is seeking a dynamic leader who is deeply committed to building community and creating social change, and who has experience with organizational leadership, supervision, fundraising, budgeting, and guiding community organizing strategies.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Managing a highly capable staff team to carry out their work with energy, creativity, and passion
• Overseeing the planning and evaluation of all YWU programs and campaigns for social change.
• Developing and managing an annual budget of over $300,000.
• Cultivating a stable resource base through grant-writing and reporting, maintaining relationships with foundations and individual donors.
