Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Lead organizational strategy, fundraising, and advocacy efforts
Grow and engage a statewide membership of health professionals
Build partnerships with health, climate, and policy leaders
Represent Healthy Climate NM in public forums and coalitions
Manage operations, staff, and budget in collaboration with the Board

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree (advanced degree in public health, healthcare, nonprofit management, or related field preferred)
Min 5 years of progressively responsible experience in nonprofit management, including budgeting and fundraising
Proven success in securing funding from grants, donors, and foundations
Experience with policy advocacy and legislative engagement
Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and environmental justice
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)

Salary Range: 
$75,000–$90,000, with annual performance-based bonus based on fundraising benchmarks
