Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Our ideal ED is a skilled consensus builder, mission-focused, with superior knowledge and a proven track record in dynamic leadership, community building, financial growth, problem solving, and client advocacy. 2M budget with a staff of 45+ dedicated and committed employees.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Significant fundraising experience (including grant writing) is expected. Succinctly put, our next ED will possess a wealth of knowledge, experience, and connections within the non-profit/homelessness/incarceration community to enrich the mission, purpose, and direction of Crossroads. The ED is charged with the strategic guidance of Crossroads.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The ED will possess a BA/BS, or equivalent work-life related experiences, ideally in Social Work, Finance, or a related field. S/he will have a remarkable/progressive work history in a similar environment, including significant fundraising, program development, financial operations/oversight, and staffing leadership. Exper. working in a clinical setting with trauma patients, beneficial. Indirect/direct lived experiences like those of the clients supported by Crossroads, is plus.

How to Apply: 

Priority will be given to proven leaders with NM non-profit experience focused on meeting the challenges of homelessness and/or incarceration for women and their children, and/or experience in programs or work/life experiences like those supported by CRFW. The ability to speak, read, and write Spanish would be helpful.

Salary Range: 
The pay range is from $75,000 to $105,000/annually based on commensurate experience of the selected candidate.
