Main Areas of Responsibility: 

ABQFW is a consortium of faith communities which assists unhoused persons and asylum seekers, with the goal of integrating them into community. The ED’s primary responsibility is to oversee staff, essential programs, volunteer recruitment and training first-level responses by the member communities’ volunteers, and administrative functions including budget and revenue.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

 Supervises all staff
 Oversees financials and related procedures
 Research, evaluate and track fulfillment of grant requirements
 Coordinates with board and committees
 Donor development
 Chief contact with member communities, education and training of volunteers
 Coordinate ABQFW’s efforts with the broader community support systems

Other Information/Requirements: 

College degree preferably in area of human services, management.
Nonprofit, budget, personnel and programmatic experience.
Excellent organizational management with ability to manage and achieve strategic objectives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in public speaking and advocacy with second language fluency preferred.
