Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Executive Director provides leadership, strategic direction, management and oversight of all aspects of the organization as authorized by the Board of Directors including: • Leading approximately 30 staff members to develop and execute the agency’s mission, vision and strategic goals. • Collaborating with other stakeholders to identify and meet service needs. • Overseeing the development of innovative programs and services.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Ensuring the agency has the overall environment and resources to recruit and retain highly qualified professionals. • Establishing professional relationships, developing partnerships, collaborating and communicating externally with various organizations and constituencies. • Identifying diversified funding strategies to keep the long-term sustainability of the agency. • Providing oversight of an annual budget of more than 3 million dollars.
