Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The ED is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization which includes, but is not limited to, fundraising, special events, grant research/writing/reporting, organizational development and program management.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The organization's ability to provide aid to limited-income seniors is dependent on its ability to raise the funds with which to provide its programs. Thus the position is very much about fundraising and development. This includes the continued development of the Senior Hall of Fame Awards Dinner traditionally held in May each year, which not only honors exceptional seniors for their life-time commitment to community service, but is a major fundraiser for the organization.

Other Information/Requirements: 

We are a community-based/volunteer-driven non-profit with a whole lot of heart that aids limited-income and in-crisis older adults in ABQ & BernCo, NM. The ED works with community partners, spearheads fundraising including the annual Senior Hall of Fame Dinner, and oversees organizational development and programs. Supportive volunteers and Board in place – all we need is you!
